One platform to run a Mahal, Masjid and Madrasa.
Most Mahal committees still run on paper registers, a treasurer’s private ledger and a dozen WhatsApp groups. Details go missing, collections are hard to reconcile, and every handover to a new committee starts from scratch.
Daftar Smart Mahal keeps the household register, the accounts and the communication together. Roles decide who can see and do what, every change is logged, and the numbers on the dashboard are the same numbers the next committee inherits.
✳ The problem
Committees are run by volunteers with limited time. Records live on paper, collections do not reconcile, and families have no visibility into what they owe or have paid.
✳ The solution
Five connected modules sharing one family register, one set of roles and one audit trail — delivered as a web dashboard for the committee, a self-service portal for families and a native mobile app.
What it does.

Family & Mahal register
Permanent household register with clusters and wards, member details, monthly subscription dues generated automatically, a family wallet, committees, and birth, death and marriage registers.

Masjid accounts
Staff and salaries, categorised income and expenses across cash, bank, cheque and online payments, and a separate ledger for each maintenance project.
- (03)
Madrasa fees
Students linked to their family, class-wise default fees, per-student overrides and exemptions, and a clear list of outstanding fees.

Family portal
Each household logs in to see its members, dues, receipts and certificates, and can pay online with wallet credit.
- (05)
Mobile app
iOS and Android app with the same records as the portal, push notifications for dues and announcements, and camera uploads for member photos.

Certificates & reports
Marriage certificates generated as print-ready PDFs, plus income, finance and family-wise reports for general body meetings.
